Pat came to the United States in 1978 from New Zealand, always intrigued with the American lifestyle.

He moved to the Vail Valley in 1995 with his son, Ian, after many years in the ski industry as a sales representative in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.

Pat’s wife, Jean, moved from Denver to join Pat in the real estate world, and they now have two children, Kate, and Kamryn. Between them, Pat and Jean enjoy the outdoor environment inherent to Vail and all the sports that go along with it.

Pat’s career quickly grew into both sales director and consulting roles in developments in Beaver Creek, Vail and Cabo san Lucas, Mexico, primarily in fractional pre-construction offerings.

In August 2007, Pat joined Forbes Sotheby’s International Realty as Director of Sales New Projects.
