Kevin first became involved in real estate in California, acquiring his license there in 1986. In California, he worked with Carriage Trade Real Estate through 1989 until he re-located to the Vail Valley. While with the Carriage Trade, Kevin served as an investment advisor to Dorman Real Estate Investment Company. Included in his duties were evaluating properties for potential corporate acquisition. In 1988, Kevin listed and successfully marketed a 30 townhome planned unit development in Pomona, California.

Since his arrival in the Vail Valley, Kevin has traveled extensively. An avid outdoorsman and naturalist, Kevin has cycled from North of the Arctic Circle in the Yukon, Canada, to just south of Guatemala City, Guatemala. He has also spent significant time in the Alaskan backcountry, studying and observing local plant and animal life. (The fishing wasn't bad either.)

Kevin and his wife Holly have also invested in real estate in the Vail Valley. They own a home in Arrowhead and Airpark Storage, 170 Public Storage units located across from Eagle County Regional Airport.

Kevin participates in the local community by playing guitar and bass guitar for his church, Calvary Chapel Vail Valley. Re-focusing his energies on real estate in 1998, Kevin has been helping people acquire property in the Vail Valley for the past several years and has lived in the valley for the past fourteen.

In 2000, Kevin completed marketing a new townhome development in Edwards, Colorado, and currently specializes in the Beaver Creek Resort community.
